Breakfast was confusing. I was told mixed messages by receptionists. One said Breakfast was included in my stay, another said breakfast was not included. I was told originally that breakfast was included in my stay, yet I was charged for breakfast for all days of my stay. Miscommunication within staff.

Property was very clean and the Front Desk clerk upon check in was so nice and inviting. Went for my son’s graduation from Allen High School, hotel was just minutes away.

Very convenient to the convention center. Room was very clean. Excellent service. Breakfast was really good. Would stay here again.

Easy access and close to many things especially the restaurant next-door with the famous bacon. When I checked in the staff person was exceptional and made sure I had a room away from the freeway to keep the noise down.

Perfectly located to the convention center and a place to eat right next door. And breakfast was perfect so we didn’t have to travel much at all before our tournament at the convention center!
